Ingredients: 2 ½ Cups of Unbleached white flour 1/4 Cup of Vegetable oil 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Baking powder 3/4 Cup of All natural applesauce 1 Egg 1 Cup of Solid-pack pumpkin 1/4 c Honey |
Directions: In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Enjoy! |
