Rescue Dog Story Trip

Dawn and her family adopted an adorable Chihuahua-Pug mix from a high kill pound. The pup, now
named Trip, had ad rough start in life. He was originally found by animal control wandering the
streets terrified and hungry.

Despite his tough beginning, Trip is now in his forever
loving home with a family that adores him. He loves to
cuddle and gets along well with his doggie siblings.
As Dawn states, "Wonderful dogs end up in shelters
because of humans who are having problems, NOT
because the dogs have problems." We agree! Many
dogs don't make it out of shelters because there just
aren't enough homes available. Dawn urges people
who are interested in getting a dog to check shelters
first! Thank you Dawn for helping to spread the word
about shelter pups and thank you for giving Trip a
forever home!
