Kiwi's Pumpkin Fruit Cookies....a Fall favorite! |
Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon 3 Tablespoons of Apple/Pear Baby Food 2 Large Eggs 1/2 Cup of Solid Pack Pumpkin 1 Tablespoon of Molasses 1/2 Cup of Warm Water |
Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. Slowly add baby food, eggs, pumpkin, water and molasses. Mix until dough forms. Dough will be slightly sticky...this is OK! Spoon dough onto a greased cookie sheet leaving a one inch space between each cookie. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Store in an air-tight container. Enjoy! Woof! |
