Bunny's Carob Honey and Oat Bars |
Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Canola oil 1/4 Cup Honey 2 Large eggs 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 Cup Water 1 Cup Wheat flour 1/2 Tsp Baking powder 2 Cups Quick-Cooking oats (uncooked) 1/4 Cup Wheat germ 3/4 Cup Carob Chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (add carob chips last...easier to mix!). Pour batter into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. After three days, freeze remaining bars. |
