Ingredients: 2 Cups of Quick rolled oats 2 Large eggs 2 Pounds ground turkey or chicken 1/2 Cup Grated parmesan cheese 1tsp Dried Oregano 1/2 tsp Garlic powder |

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (I used my hands!). Scoop out a tablespoon or two of the mixture and roll into a ball. Continue with the rest of the mixture until gone. Place on ungreased cookies sheet and cook for approximately 40 minutes. Cool to room temperature and store for up to three days in a covered, refrigerated container. Note: This recipe makes A LOT of meatballs.
