Bunny Bacon & Carrot Muffins
Dogs Howl for Bacon! 


3 Cups of Unbleached Flour 
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder 
1/2 Cup of Butter or Margerine
6 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Vegetable or Canola Oil
2 Small Jars of Chicken Baby Food
2 Cups of Shredded or Chopped Carrots
​3 Strips of Cooked Bacon 


Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees
In a large bowl combine the butter, eggs, oil, baby food and carrots. Mix well. Slowly add the flour and baking powder. Pour batter into a well greased cupcake or muffin pan. Cut up the bacon and place on top of each muffin. Bake for one hour. Please note: because all ovens are different, I suggest checking the muffins at the 50 minute mark. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Store in an airtight container. After three or four days, freeze remaining muffins.
