Ingredients:
2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese (grated or powder)
1/2 Cup of chopped spinach (I used fresh)
1 Small Jar of Chicken or Turkey Baby Food
1 Cup of Water
Directions:
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl mix together the flour and the
cheese. Next add the spinach (don't forget to
chop it up - You can use the food processor if
you wish). Finally, add the baby food and the
water. Mix all ingredients until a dough forms. If
the dough is too sticky, add small amounts of
flour to thicken it. If the dough is too dry, add
small amount of water. Once you have mixed
the perfect dough, roll a medium amount of
dough in your hands to form a ball. Obviously, if
you want small cookies, use a small amount of
dough...large cookies...a large amount, etc.
Place the balls of dough on an ungreased
cookie sheet. Use a fork to flatten each cookie.
Note: These cookies do not spread, so don't
worry if they are close to each other. Finally,
bake the cookies for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool
completely before serving. Store in an air-tight
container for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
