Cranberry Muffins
A delicious, dog friendly, muffin recipe!


1 & 1/4 Cup of Unbleached Flour 
1 Cup of Uncooked Oatmeal
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder 
1/4 Cup of Canola Oil 
2 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup of Honey 
1 Small Container of Low Fat Yogurt (Plain)
1/2 Cup of Milk 
1 Cup of Cranberries (I used frozen)


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the muffin pan by spraying with vegetable spray (such as PAM). In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats and baking powder. Next, slowly add the milk, honey, yogurt, eggs and oil. Finally, gently add the cranberries and mix well. Fill each muffin cup with batter and bake for 25 to 30 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean). Cool muffins completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.
