Oat & Cheee Bunny Cookies
A delicious, dog friendly oat and cheese cookie recipe!

1 Cup of Quick Cooking Oats - (uncooked)
1 Cup of Beef Broth
1/2 Cup of Water
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil
1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Egg
1/4 Cup of Wheat Germ
3 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the broth, water, oil, egg and cheese. Blend. Next, slowly add the flour, wheat germ and oats. A dough should form. If the dough is too wet, add a small amount of flour. Continue to do so until dough is easy to work with. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to desired thickness. Using a cookie cutter (we used a bunny) cut out shapes and place them on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 55 minutes. The cookies should be firm to the touch. Turn off oven and let the biscuits rest for an additional 60 minutes or until hard. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. After three or four days, freeze uneaten cookies so that they do not spoil. Woof!
