Oat & Peanut Carob Chip Cookies
Delicious & Easy to Make!


1 & 1/2 Cups of Unbleached FLour 
1/4 Cup of Honey
1/2 Cup of Water
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter (I used low sodium chunky)
2 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
3 Cups of Quick Cooking Oats
​1 Cup of Carob Chips


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the honey, water, peanut butter, eggs, extract and carob chips. Blend well. Next, slowly add the flour and oats. Form balls (all the same size if possible) and place them on a greased cookie sheet. If you wish, flatten each ball with the back of a fork or spoon. Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes OR UNTIL FIRM (keep checking). Cool completely and store in an airtight container. After three or four days, freeze remaining cookies so that they do not spoil. 

Please Note: Carob chips are NOT CHOCOLATE!!! They are used as a chocolate substitute. NEVER give your dog chocolate as it can harm them.
