Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pie Cookies
An easy to make, dog friendly recipe! 


1 Cup of Oats (uncooked)
1 & 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour 
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder 
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon 
1 Tablespoon of Honey 
2 Tablespoons of Canola Oil 
1/2 Cup of Natural Pumpkin (I used canned, organic)
1/4 Cup of Smooth Peanut Butter  (low sodium)
1/4 Cup of Water


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the honey, oil, pumpkin, peanut butter and water. Blend well. Next, slowly add the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon). Once all ingredients are well mixed, drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container. After three or four days, freeze remaining cookies so that they do not spoil.
