Tucker's Cookies
Howling Good Chicken Flavored Cookies for Dogs!

1 Package of Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup of Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoons of Molasses
1 3/4 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 Cup of Cracked Wheat
1/2 Cup of Cornmeal
1/2 Non-Fat Dry Milk
2 Teaspoons of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Milk

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Mix well. Next, add the yeast/water mixture, molasses and the broth. Mix until a dough is formed. On a floured surface, knead the dough for a few minutes. If the dough is too sticky to work with, add a small amount of flour. Using a rollling pin, roll out the dough on a floured surface. Using a cookie cutter, cut out desired shapes. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet. In a small bowl, beat the egg and the milk together and then brush a small amount on top of each cookie. Bake for 45 minutes. Finally, turn the oven off and LEAVE THE COOKIES in the oven over night to rest.

Time Saver: If you wish, instead of using a cookie cutter, roll dough into small balls. Flatten each ball with a fork before baking.
